José "Cool Joe" Garcia is a Brazilian left wing midfielder in Supa Strikas FC. He is shown to having no problem passing through the opposition and makes a good cross that's good enough Shakes and El Matador. He likes music and songs, hinted by his hairstyle. He owns a club and invites his team to hang out there whenever they need any downtime. He is able to score goals too. When facing Amal 3, he is seen to be quite observant, using what he calls 'eagle eyes'. He is also in a rock band that is quite popular.

Top Spin, Back Spin, Left spin, Right spin. These are the crosses he uses when he puts the balls into the box of Shakes, Klaus and El matador mostly.
The Corkscrew:
got to pity the defenders that have to defend this cross, the ball starts of high and spins to the ground while in place and shoots out at a random Supa Strikas player or even at the goal sometimes making defenders confused.

- He owns seven copies of the same song, of which are on old fashioned records.
- 'Funk Master General', BB Wowzer is the reason Cool Joe learned to play the guitar.
- His "Bola Kampung" counterpart is Santokh as they are both wear accessories in their hair. Santokh wears a hair patch to tie his hair in the form of a ball, which is reminiscent to the comb stuck in Cool Joe's hair.
